The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another, talk about what brings you to therapy, and begin exploring what you hope to gain from our work together. I will ask questions about your history, current concerns, and what you would like support with. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable, and you do not need to have everything figured out before we begin. Every session is collaborative, and we will work together to determine what feels most important.

I typically recommend beginning with weekly sessions to support consistency and build momentum in the therapeutic relationship. Frequency can be adjusted over time based on your needs, goals, and circumstances.

At this time, I provide virtual therapy sessions only through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Virtual therapy allows us to connect, build a therapeutic relationship, and engage in thoughtful, collaborative work from the comfort of your own space.

Yes, when approached with thoughtful preparation, appropriate pacing, and a strong therapeutic relationship, EMDR can be done effectively through telehealth. I will work with you to create a process that feels grounded, supportive, and responsive to your needs as we move through the work together.

My fee is $225 for a 50-minute individual therapy session and $275 for a 60-minute couples therapy session. Payment is accepted via credit or debit card, as well as HSA/FSA cards.

I am in-network with Aetna and have a limited number of openings available for clients using their in-network benefits.
For other insurance providers, I can provide a superbill that you may submit for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan, so I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to learn more about your benefits.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale openings based on financial need and availability. If cost is a concern, please feel welcome to reach out and we can discuss options.

I ask for 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.
